Floor Plans

Select the square footage of the home you are looking to build. Keep in mind, that this is just a sampling of some of the numerous floor plans we have available. All of our plans are completely custom, so to get started, we recommend finding a plan close to the size that you prefer so we can customize it to fit your exact needs at our Design Center.

If you are outside of our building area of Hillsborough County, we also offer our floor plans for sale on a case-by-case basis.  The plans will need to be re-drawn for your area, per your local building codes, as the ones you purchase from us are engineered for use in Hillsborough County.  Purchase of a floor plan set is for the construction of one home and for purchaser's personal use only.
