"We were treated with respect from start to finish. The whole process was explained fully from the beginning. If there were changes to be made midway, we were involved, and made fully aware of our choices. We are very happy with (what they refer to as) base model items ie. cabinets, drawers etc that were included. The builder allowed our custom modifications, and gave us several additional ideas which we appreciate now! We opted for ICF foam in the walls for added R value and sound proofing. Also we have open cel attic insulation. In our 4bed/3bath, our electric bill hardly ever exceeds $150 a month! Most months, barely $100. We would strongly recommend Radd Builders to potential home buyers!"
